Livingston Bagel

A mouth-watering experience of freshly baked bagels, lox, pastrami, and vegetarian delights.

Livingston Bagel was a comprehensive branding project completed while I was a student at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). The assignment challenged me to develop a full brand identity for a “dummy” client based on a real, existing business—Livingston Bagel, an established neighborhood bagel shop in Livingston, New Jersey. Using the shop’s location, audience, and cultural context as a foundation, I created a cohesive visual system that included logo design, typography, color palette, and brand applications. The project allowed me to explore how thoughtful branding can honor tradition while appealing to a contemporary audience.
