Mercy Kids Africa is paving the way for a better tomorrow for vulnerable children in Chingola, Zambia. Together, we provide support for a community of over 30 children who have been lost or been separated from their family due to tragedy.

In 2014, I felt a nudge to step out in faith and sign up to serve on a mission trip. What began as a short visit quickly became a long-term, familial relationship.
I’ve had the joy of watching children I first met as little ones grow into young adults — stepping into jobs, discovering their gifts, and, most beautifully, coming to know and love God. I’ve shared in their celebrations, walked through hardships, and witnessed them learn to persevere with hope.
Serving on the board of Mercy Kids Africa has been a profound reminder to me that when we offer our time and hearts, God weaves stories of growth, redemption, and lasting impact far greater than anything we could imagine.
